A member of the Operations Support Team at the Engagement Centre will perform administrative tasks related to vehicle registration and finance. • Compile invoices to workshops in the Lynk & Co service network or standalone workshops as well as private customers for spare parts to ensure a smooth manual invoicing process towards the Lynk & Co service network
  • Create and send invoices towards ALD for leasing vehicles which have had a workshop operation, service or maintenance
  • To assist with other administrative activities that have been specified in service requests from the Lynk & Co organization
  • The role focus on helping internal stakeholders rather than customer cases

  • Great attention to detail
  • A GREAT service mindset
  • A secondary-level education or higher
  • Good computer skills

  • An excellent command of the English language
  • Ping pong skills appreciated but not mandatory
  • Living in/around Maastricht or willing to move to this area
