Our clubs will be the centre for our community and alongside our product offer it will be a place where people can meet, grab a cup of coffee and be inspired. For our club in Barcelona we’re looking for a super motivated Club Manager to be joining the crew.

Keeping a club thriving requires a diverse set of leadership skills, and as Club Manager, you’re a master of them all. You co-lead and inspire a high-performing team, create best-in-class experiences for our customers and most importantly, you share the Lynk & Co vision with customers and lead employees with the same vision, you are a true Lynk & Co ambassador.  

As Club Manager you will…

  • Responsible for setting up and implementing the operational strategy, overseeing the day-to-day management of the club
  • Ensuring the club KPI’s and managing all commercial activities for the club
  • Be reporting to HQ on targets, KPI’s, sales analysis
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by achieving and exceeding Sales and KPI targets
  • Make sure we have a consistent top-of-the-class and on-brand customer experience
  • Oversee club events, ensuring that the experiences for our customers are executed professionally
  • Creating team schedules, oversee product selection in store and keep track of inventory
  • Help executing test drives with our Lynk&Co 01

Who are you?

  • Have 5 years’ experience of being end responsible for store, event or restaurant venue, setting the strategy and managing the day-to-day business.
  • Are a strategic thinker with an eye on top line sales and mindful of the bigger picture for our brand and business
  • Possess excellent sales skills with a non-pushy approach and proven ability to drive amazing customer experiences
  • Whilst it’s not compulsory, an interest or passion in things ‘automotive’ as well as experience working with larger brands is valuable.
  • You have a strong sense of team mentality and reliability
  • Not a must, but nice to have: an understanding and / or genuine interest in the automotive industry
  • You are a true people’s person: super empathetic and know how to engage
  • Your communication skills are excellent in Spanish and English, Catalán is a plus.

As club opening hours vary you understand that this is not a 9 to 5 job - it requires genuine commitment, enthusiasm, and a can-do attitude.
