Movement Manager

We are looking for an experienced lifestyle movement manager. Lynk & Co claims ‘we were not another car brand, we are a different one’. We show this by not spending big money on TV spots and primetime commercial slots. We achieve this by not following the conventional automotive road. A large part of our brand is building a meaningful, grass roots connection with our audience. We want to engage, inspire, challenge and activate our users, and create a natural network around us. This is why we are looking for the spider in our local web. 

We are looking for someone who knows his/her way around the creative scene in Antwerp and the rest of Belgium – someone who has a background in music, art, fashion and has the address book to go with it. We need someone who constantly comes up with ideas for events, products, activations and collaborations, and has the experience and connections to execute them. You will be the outwards face as well as the eyes and ears of the brand in the local scene.  

This position will be based in Antwerp. 

 Responsibilities include, but not limited to 

  • Curating partners for local collaborations 
  • Curating and managing multiple weekly events in the Lynk & Co club 
  • Managing ongoing collaborative projects with chosen partners 
  • Establish Lynk & Co as a forward thinking, lifestyle focused brand 
  • Maintaining contacts with local brands, institutions and opinion leaders 

Who are you? 

  • Our ideal candidate has a strong creative background with a broad existing network 
  • Self-motivated and proactive  
  • Able to work without close supervision and on own initiative 
  • Experience running events 
  • Willing to occasionally work outside of ‘business hours`
  • Able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously  
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Our selection will primarily look at relevant experience and thereafter evaluate inherent personal characteristics using psychometric tools.
