This isn't a conventional car company. We're a new global brand that focuses on the need of the connected generation, sustainability, and a hassle-free customer experience.

Service point associate in Berlin

Lynk & Co is not another car brand, it’s a different one. Our goal is not to sell as many cars as possible, but to deliver mobility when and where it is needed. To do this we got our service points, which are the key spot where our members can really get to experience the cars.

Our service points are our main touchpoint for vehicles deliveries and test drives. While we are not another car brand, this place is all about our cars, and we are looking for the right person to be part of the team.

For this position you need to be comfortable around and knowledgeable about cars and, need we say it, have a driver’s license. Since you will be spending a lot of time on the floor it is key that you are able to figure out the members’ needs and give them the best experience possible. Regardless of this is by guiding them through our digital offers or helping them out the door as fast as possible because they are late picking up their kid again.

The position (full time) will be available as soon as we find the right person.

Working at the service point you will…

  • Be co-responsible for the day-to-day work in the service point.
  • Help team leader with administrative tasks when required.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets.
  • Make sure we have a consistent top-of-the-class and on-brand customer experience.
  • Oversee and execute deliveries and return of cars.
  • Help executing test drives with our Lynk&Co 01.

Who are you?

  • You are enthusiastic, motivated and willing to learn.
  • You understand the wider context beyond an individual, realizing the impact your performance has on the business as a whole.
  • You have a strong sense of team mentality and reliability.
  • You are a true people’s person: super empathetic and know how to engage.
  • You are service oriented, patient and flexible.
  • You have attention to detail; the presentation of your club is always perfect and on-brand.
  • While it is not a must it is good if you have previous experience, or at least a sincere interest in the automotive industry.
  • Your communication skills are excellent in German, English is a plus.

What we offer

You want to work with us because you will:

  • Be part of a global and diverse team, with teammates from over 26 countries and a 50/50 gender split.

  • Get the best of both worlds: a start-up atmosphere with the support of an established organization.
