Vehicle Delivery Coordinator

As the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator you will be critical to secure efficient and compliant handling of the end-to-end operational processes in the Belgian market. This includes making sure all necessary documentation for vehicle registrations are in order and filed in time, that we are pre-planning delivery activities based on sales forecasts and to be the link between the sales teams, our engagement centre, logistics and our last mile service teams. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager Central and be a part of the European business operations organization.

The location of the job is flexible. 

What you'll do

  • Establish, operate and continuously improve some of the core operating processes (e.g. vehicle allocation, vehicle registration, trigger insurance, trigger warranty, trigger road side assistance, prepare delivery documents etc)
  • Work tightly together with sales, last mile services, network development and finance to secure the end-to-end operational excellence in the Belgian market
  • Be the main point of contact for the core local partners and suppliers (e.g. insurance companies, finance companies, leasing companies, Febiac, DIV etc) 
  • Manage pre-planning of vehicle delivery activities together with the Last Mile Manager & Sales manager for the Belgian market
  • Report into the central KPI structure and target setting processes 
  • Take part in the forecast processes within Hub Central


What you should have

  • Ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
  • Ability to apply structured methods for continuous business process improvement
  • You have an entrepreneurial approach and dare to take decisions
  • Experience from either an automotive dealer or similar lines of work involving, administration around sales or delivery is a big plus
  • Ability to speak English and Dutch. 
  • Ability to speak French would be beneficial.
  • Ability to travel
